At the end of April we brought our show to Mesquite, Nevada to headline at Casablanca Resort & Casino! The full 80 minute show “Elegant Deception” featured some of our signature illusions but also some brand new magic, and it was a full house that rewarded us with a standing ovation. Thank you Casablanca for being such a great venue for us!

Back in Las Vegas, we attended several red carpet events including our friends Jarret & Raja‘s new “Magic vs. Music” show at Hooters Hotel & Casino. We’re old friends and even competed against each other on SyFy’s TV show “Wizard Wars,” and we were happy to support them on their press night!
At the Flamingo Hotel we had a chance to see Tape Face‘s show while he was appearing in Vegas, as well as attend the 15th anniversary show of X-Burlesque! That’s one of the great things about living in Las Vegas and being friends with so many people in the entertainment community here, always having the chance to support fellow entertainers in their shows.

We’re about to leave for a whirlwind summer tour of Europe – visiting 44 cities in 23 countries – but before we leave, we took the opportunity to share some magic with the kids at Sunrise Children’s Hospital. We’re so grateful that we had the chance to see them smile to brighten up their day a bit! Thank you Win-Win Entertainment for arranging this for us.

Thank you for always following along on our adventures, and get ready for plenty more as we will be joining the Disney Magic next week, visiting Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia & Russia! – Mistie xoxo
After performing at The Magic Castle in Hollywood, we continued our tour of Southern California and performed in San Diego at the annual SeaWorld Magic Weekends event! From March 25-26 we performed for over 8000 people in the Mission Bay Theater, and in between our shows we even had the chance to see some of the animal ambassadors at the park. The highlight for me was meeting Peanut, the friendliest beaver I’ve ever seen!
Following our shows in San Diego, we headed to Long Beach, California to perform in the FantaSea Magic Festival onboard the historic Queen Mary! Before headlining in the Mysteries of Magic Dinner show we filmed two different segments for KTLA news, to promote the event. To see video of our segment on KTLA click HERE!
As soon as our show onboard the Queen Mary was done, we packed up and headed to Santa Clarita, California to for one final appearance in this season of “It’s Magic!” – America’s longest all star magic revue.

As soon as those shows wrapped up were on on a plane headed to the Caribbean to join Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas. We visited St. Thomas, Labadee and Puerto Rico, an both of our shows received standing ovations so it was a great week!

Back in Las Vegas, we had the chance to watch a few of the live tapings for the next season of Penn & Teller: Fool Us. It was fun to be on the other side of the stage this time. Look for us making a cameo appearance from the audience, this summer when the new season airs. To see our appearance on Season 2 of Fool Us click HERE!
To say that it’s been a busy month us would be an understatement, but that’s how we like up. Our next shows are in Las Vegas and then we’re gearing up for our summer in Europe, with an insane tour of 42 cites in 22 countries. Thanks for following, be sure to follow me on Instagram too for more updates and fun behind the scenes videos! – Mistie Knight
The first quarter of this year has been filled with shows all over Southern California! On February 19th we headlined in It’s Magic! – America’s longest-running all star magic revue.
We performed two shows at the Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara, and along with the rest of the cast, we were treated to lunch by Milt Larsen, co-founder of the world famous Magic Castle.

One week later we were back in California with It’s Magic, this time performing at the MacCallum Theatre in Palm Desert on February 25th. This was our first time visiting Palm Desert and it is such a beautiful place! It was also an honor to have magic legend Marvin Roy AKA “Mr. Electric” in our audience for our show.

Immediately after finishing up our shows in Palm Desert we were off to Hollywood, for a week headlining in the Palace of Mystery at the world famous Magic Castle! It’s always an honor to perform at this exclusive club, and we performed 26 shows total during our week in Hollywood.

We had a few celebrities in our audiences and so many friends came out to see us. It was especially nice to have Michael Carbonaro from TV’s “The Carbonaro Effect” in one of our audiences! He’s such a nice guy and we’re a big fan of the show.

For now we’re back home in Las Vegas, but only for a couple weeks because next up on the tour we have shows in San Diego! For details about upcoming shows check out our TOUR page. We’ve been so busy lately that I’ve been getting behind on our blog! To recap the month of December, we had several shows in Las Vegas. We created some specific magic for Amazon at their corporate event here in Las Vegas and welcomed thousands of attendees here to our city, Vegas style!
We also performed at the Heaven Can Wait Animal Society held at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino on December 4th. We were honored to contribute to this charity that does so much good in the community!
We also attended the Balloon Bikini Calendar release party! The calendar features yours truly on the cover and for the month of August, and all proceeds go to benefit the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation helping cover children’s medical expenses. For more info or to purchase a calendar for $20, visit https://balloonalicious.com!
After spending the holidays in Mississippi visiting my family, we flew to the Bahamas to for a week of shows on Disney Cruise Line! We debuted some new magic on the Disney Wonder and especially enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations all over the ship for the “Very Merrytime Cruise.”
We celebrated the New Year surrounded by friends and loved ones here in Las Vegas and then spent a week in the Caribbean headlining with our new smaller stage show, on Royal Caribbean International’s Serenade of the Seas! We visited Curacao, Barbados and a brand new country for us – Bonaire.
We also received our copy of “How to be an Illusionist” by JC Sum. We are honored to be on the cover of this insightful guide, and you can find our illusions featured throughout the book. For more information click the link above.
Also this month we traveled to Victorville, California at to perform in “An Evening of Award-Winning Comedy & Magic” at the Victor Valley Performing Art Center. We shared the stage with fellow magicians and friends of ours Chipper Lowell and Danny and Stacey Cole. It also was so nice to see some familiar faces in the audience, from friends we’ve met long ago on Disney Cruise Line.
Finishing off the month of January, we headed back to the Caribbean again, this time headlining on Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas. We were thrilled with the response for the new material in our show, and we received standing ovations for both of our performances in the beautiful Lyric Theatre!
Next month we’ve got several shows in California, including performances in Santa Barbara and Palm Desert, and at the Magic Castle in Hollywood. For more information about these shows and to purchase tickets, check out the schedule and links on our TOUR page. Thanks for reading, Mistie
The month of November was the busiest month I think we’ve ever had! At the beginning of the month we headed to Castle Rock, Colorado to headline at the Theatre of Dreams where we performed two nights of sold out shows and received standing ovations! After our shows we had a day to do some sightseeing and we visited The Garden of the Gods and Dinosaur Ridge and climbed to the top of Castle Rock.

We just finished up a busy summer season headlining on Disney Cruise Line – but no break for us, we now turned our focus to shows Stateside! At the beginning of October we traveled to St. Joseph, Missouri to be a part of “The Workshop” a special magician convention featuring shows and lectures by magicians all over the world.
Our first night in Missouri we performed at the opening banquet reception, followed by lots of interactive learning sessions and catching up with magic friends.

Our last evening in St. Joseph we were honored to perform alongside several other talented acts and close the gala show “International Superstars of Magic & Comedy” held at the historic Missouri Theatre, which was built in 1927.
We often perform at corporate events, but this time the client was specifically looking for close-up magic, so we were able to share some magic with cards, coins, rubber bands and other items right at their tables. One week we’re traveling with our illusion in flight cases, and next week we’re carrying our show in one hand!
Back in Las Vegas we fit in an interview with “The Vegas Voice” to talk about our travels & upcoming shows.
We also were guests at Mike Hammer’s annual Celebrity Go-Kart Race benefitting Serving Hope Las Vegas. Check out the video below for highlights!
On October 20th we performed at Wonderground, Las Vegas’ monthly magic & variety showcase hosted by Jeff McBride. This evening was extra special because the shows were packed with performances by talented friends of ours including Jeff Taveggia, Xavier Mortimer, Ariann Black, Anastasia Synn & the legendary Amazing Johnathan! We got to debut some brand new magic as well as one of our favorite illusions.
October is also a special month because we are featured on the cover of Penguin Magic Monthly, and inside you can find an exclusive interview with me! You can purchase the magazine on Penguin’s website in the link above.
We’re excited for Halloween coming up, and then November is going to be just as busy for us as we’re headed to Colorado to perform at the Theatre of Dreams. After that we’ll be headlining on the Disney Fantasy in the Caribbean and the Disney Wonder in Mexico. Thanks for reading! – Mistie
Hi everyone, Mistie here to give you a recap of the busy past few months we’ve had! To start things off, here is a quick magic video we shot while at the Dawes Glacier in Alaska:
In August we attended one of the largest magic conventions in the world, Magic Live, which is held in Las Vegas biannually. Over 1500 magicians from all over the world attended, and it was a blast catching up with so many friends.
The night before the convention, we even performed a little bit of magic at Amazing Johnathan’s and his wife Anastasia’s huge welcome party for all the magicians coming into town.
The highlight of Magic Live, however, was when I beat out a few hundred magicians and won the Magic Magazine trivia game! Questions ranged from magic history to questions about articles and covers featured in the magazine over the years, and with my win I received a free subscription to the new magazine, Magic Legacy!

Between our last few weeks in Alaska performing on the Disney Wonder, we were flying back to Vegas frequently and had the opportunity to volunteer for Win-Win Entertainment again, this time as magic teachers at the Lotsa Fun Summer Camp youth program. We each taught the campers some magic and they were able to perform what they learned in the final show on the last day of camp.
It was also a nice surprise that we both were awarded by Win-Win for our service to the Las Vegas area and surrounding community. Thanks Win-Win for the opportunity to give back!
Back in Vegas we also squeezed in a couple photo shoots with the amazing Sebastian Konopix. Check out the image below for a sneak peek at one of the finished photos!
After finishing the season in Alaska, the Disney Wonder then visited Victoria, British Colombia and San Diego, and we had a great time exploring both of these fantastic cities.
On August 28th we headlined at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas in a special variety show called “Night of Wonders.” We performed some of our signature illusions in the Orleans showroom, and had a great time sharing the stage with the other performers.

After a week at home in Las Vegas, we flew to Cartagena, Colombia and stayed overnight before joining the Disney Wonder for our final cruise of the summer. We had the chance to check out the city and visit the wildlife sanctuary at the port before leaving South America. Check out the video below for highlights from our day!
Back onboard the Disney Wonder, we performed our headline show in the Walt Disney Theatre, in in Wavebands lounge we performed our kids show/magic workshop which is always a blast. This time the audience was so much fun we even took a selfie from the stage.
Since this was our last week onboard for a while, we had to tear down and pack up the entire illusion show. This time it took us 2 1/2 hours (which isn’t that bad), here’s a time lapse video showing the whole process in only 38 seconds!
The final night of the cruise we performed our nightclub show for the adults and we were officially the last entertainers to ever perform onstage in Wavebands. There have been thousands of shows featuring hundreds of entertainers, and now that the Wonder is headed into drydock, Wavebands will be reinvented as a new lounge. We were honored to be the final performers there and our final show was fantastic we all said goodbye to Wavebands with a bang!
Now that we’re back in Vegas, we’ve got a few weeks at home to prepare for our next show, which will be in Missouri next month. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates. Thanks for catching up with us! – Mistie
It’s been a busy summer for us, flying back and forth each week to perform on the Disney Wonder in Alaska, with shows and events here in Vegas in between!
Back in June we were home for the implosion of the historic Riviera Hotel & Casino her in Las Vegas, and we were able to witness the event at a party held by a friend whose apartment is across the street. It was a fun and nostalgic event and lots of former Riviera headliners were there to say goodbye to the Vegas icon!
On June 12th we performed at Sam’s Town Hotel & Casino in Toast of the Town Variety Show. This was our first time back at Sam’s Town since headlining there with our full show last fall, and we saw lots of familiar faces in the audience as always, and we debuted some brand new magic as well!
Back in Alaska, we’ve been enjoying the beautiful scenery and shows have been going fantastic on the Disney Wonder. We’ve seen tons of wildlife again this season in Alaska, including whales, bears, eagles, seals and ducks – see photo below 🙂
During our time off we’ve gone hiking, rode the historic White Pass Railway in Skagway, and caught the famous Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show in Ketchikan!
Going from the cool temperatures in Alaska to the scorching 115 degree heat in Las Vegas has been pretty jarring at times, but we’ve found a few ways to keep cool. This past week I modeled a balloon bikini for a new calendar featuring the work of several balloon artists and all of the proceeds from the calendar will benefit Cure 4 The Kids! Calendars are $20, to purchase one call 702-580-4459!
The photo shoot was also featured on More Fox5, check out the video below to see the segment on Fox 5 Vegas:
Lots more exciting things going on over the next month for us including the world largest magic convention, MAGIC Live and a performance at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas! Thanks for reading – Mistie
This summer is turning out to be another FUN yet busy one! In late April we packed up the illusions and shipped them off to join the Disney Wonder. Check out this fun little video I put together showing the process of shipping our illusions to a new venue:
A few weeks later we flew to Cartagena, Colombia to join the Disney Wonder for our first cruise of the year. Opening shows went great and we had the opportunity to go through the Panama Canal again, which is always interesting! Check out my travel YouTube channel to see video from our travel day to Colombia as well as some time lapse video of us going through the Panama Canal.
Going through the Gatun Locks of the Panama Canal
After a week onboard the Wonder we flew back to Las Vegas where we caught fellow magician and AGT winner Mat Franco‘s show. We’d met Mat earlier this year when we were both shooting a TV commercial for the city of Las Vegas, and he had invited us to the show and it was great!
While we were home in Las Vegas we filmed our segment for the Magic Master Summit, and online magic convention featuring lectures and discussions by dozens of magic experts from all of over the world. The convention will be online from July 18-22nd and you can view it for free! To sign up visit www.MagicMasterSummit.com.
After a week in Las Vegas we were headed back to the Disney Wonder again, this time for her first Alaska cruise of the season. This is our 4th summer in Alaska and we truly never get tired of this beautiful place.
Enjoying the views with Minnie Mouse on the deck of the Disney Wonder
This trip we rode the historic White Pass Railway up to Canada and had a wonderful day, and the weather was perfect! To see video from our trip on the White Pass, check out my youtube travel page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yyeEjW_qK_g
Throughout the summer we’ll be performing on the Disney Wonder for a week at a time, and then we head back to Vegas where we have other shows and events going on. This past week we were invited to perform at a special VIP pre-show reception for the advance screening of the new movie Now You See Me 2. The event was held at Blue Martini Las Vegas inside of Town Square where plenty of magic friends in attendance.
Kyle performed some close up magic for the guests, and then we all headed over to AMC Theatres to view Now You See Me 2.
Pictured above you can see us with just a few of the magicians in attendance for the screening: Jarrett Parker, Joseph Rehom, Rick Lax, Andrei Jikh who was a consultant on the movie, Spidey, Jeff McBride, Amazing Jonathan, and Chris Randall.
The movie was great and featured some really cool magic scenes, thanks to magic consultants and David Copperfield who acted as a co-producer on the movie. Don’t miss the film when it comes out in theaters on June 10th. Next week back to Alaska and the Disney Wonder for another week of shows! Thanks for reading – Mistie
The month of April has been another busy one for us! For the most part we’ve been in Las Vegas, working on new illusions, doing repairs and maintenance on the props and getting ready for our upcoming contract on the Disney Wonder. We had few media spots this month too – our magic appeared in the UK on BBC One’s TV show Now You See It and we also had mentions in the April issues of industry magazine’s of Genii and The Linking Ring recapping our performances a the Winter Carnival of Magic and at the Magic Castle last month.
Exactly one year after filming our own episode of Penn & Teller: Fool Us, we were back at Fool Us again, but this time in the audience for the filming of season 3 here in Las Vegas! It was fun supporting our friends who were performing this year, and Season 3 is going to be great with lots of surprises. By the way, that’s our friend Ryan Stock pictured in the audience with us – keep an eye out for him doing some crazy stunts on America’s Got Talent this year!
On April 11th we headlined in the monthly magic series Celebrities of Magic in Bakersfield, California, and performed to a sold out audience! This was our 2nd time performing there at the Gaslight Melodrama Theater and it’s always a fun crowd.
Back in Las Vegas we caught Piff the Magic Dragon’s show at the Flamingo, and afterward at dinner we had the chance to meet the amazing Mr. Piffles. It was all I could do not to sneak him home with me, he was so adorable and definitely stole the show!
At the end of the month we had the chance perform for the kids at Sunrise Children’s Hospital here in Las Vegas, and it was such rewarding experience for us. We were grateful to Win-Win Entertainment for organizing everything for us and giving us the opportunity to share some of our magic with the patients, brightening their day a little.
And over on our Facebook page we’ve shared a couple new videos including a vlog of our road trip to California and a cool quick change video:
Now that the month of April is winding down, the props have already left for Miami and we’ll be flying to Colombia soon to join the Disney Wonder to perform on a Panama Canal Cruise. This is the longest break that we’ve ever had between cruises – 8 months – and we’re looking forward to being back in the Walt Disney Theatre for a while! Stay tuned for more updates from our travels in South & Central America, and then on to Canada and Alaska over the summer. Thanks for reading! – Mistie
